The film tells the story of Pema, a government employee who moves with his pregnant wife, Seriatun, to a remote village in Kalimantan. Upon their arrival, Seriatun begins to experience strange events, and they discover that a mythical entity called "Koyang" is targeting her unborn child as a sacrifice. Pema must protect his family from this deadly threat.
